I just joined the site last week and I've already been to a meet up! It went ok ;) I just moved here from Chicago 6 months ago and haven't met any women my age! I live in Westbury, hopefully I will make it to another meet up soon! Have you met any good friends yet?

Hi Kate! I love this group, it just sucks that it seems like most meet ups are during evenings and/ or weekends, and I was looking for some company for weekday activities. I would love to have a friend nearby to just go to a yoga class, or attend a noon meditation session in Huntington, or go mini golfing, or to lunch, the beach, even just hang out sometime at home, chat, watch a movie...I have a pool :).

Are you ever free during the day on weekdays? I live in Northport off of 25 A
